Ban those offenders. Lets say a diclaimer pops up whenever somebody choose biz prefix, diclaimer would say that "if you choose it for non biz thread you will be banned" or something like that. Aside currently retarded there won't be many who would do that.
Ps: Its nothing new, we have people posting in the wrong forum now, for example buy and sell threads in main forum and so on. So couple non biz threads marked with biz prefix would not do any noticeable harm.
