Make sure you have cameras you can move. Set the recorder to record all the camera's, that big a hard drive it will be a while still they go over the old recordings. Here's what I would do, get the set up, I believe most are a standard hard drive, or look for one, then replace with a 2 tera bite hard drive.

I appreciate you trying to help but you are providing me with info I don't need instead of focusing on what I do.
I'm fully aware that most, if not all multi-cam system allow you to select the camera at the time of recording. I'm not interested in babysitting the DVR when I have clients in my business. I want to be able to go back to the DVR, pull the cameras I want in the order I want them, and output that to DVD.
The system will have no less than 4tb of drive space. However, I'll gladly purchase the DVR with no drives and add my own.
It's the specific functions of the DVR I'm interested in.
