There is software for remote access, internet access, backup options, motion triggered recording, and bunch of options. Price is around $90 on Chinese sites. Those are copies of Geovision GV 800 cards, and they work perfectly. It is up to to you what cameras you will connect and how much storage you will use. There is also option to access videos from mobile phone. Search for that model to see specifications. If you have computer that is always turned on, this is good solution because you can easily manipulate video files. If you need more info, just tell me

If I wanted to be cheap, I would buy a crappy package for a grand or two. I need high quality, hi-res equipment.
Again, I'm not looking for camera suggestions or solutions that include cameras as I will buy the specific cameras I want for the specific spots I want them in. I want a system that records all channels at once and allows me to choose which camera to output on DVD.
