Vanilla Bean ice cream with some chocolate sauce (I will get chocolate on the side next time) put in a glass and filled with a Yeti Imperial Stout. You can really use most stouts or porters and it is my understanding that soft-serve vanilla ice cream is even better (tough for small restaurants to stock that though).

Thank you so much, baddog! That sounds yummy-delish. If soft-serve works better, I wonder how it will work if I go to McDonalds, get a sundae with their soft-serve and fudge, bring it home, and pour a good stout over it.
Now that it's snowing, it sounds like the perfect treat for today. Time to try this little experiment out!
