Okay, everybody knows how the whole "mommy porn" phenomenon has taken off recently, with the "50 Shades of Spanking" craze, or whatever the hell that book was called. Well, it seems that, in Europe, they call porn aimed at women "porna." I bought
porna.net last year in hopes of developing it with a blog about female targeted porn and erotica, but other things have taken precedence and I need to raise some scratch for other projects.
There is huge potential for this domain, if you've got the time and disposition to develop it appropriately. Women are getting into porn more and more these days, and they don't seem to mind paying for site memberships. For example, I've been promoting Forthegirls.com, and I still can't believe the freaking rebills on that site.
Probably has to do with the fact that women are less interested in videos, and more interested in stories, ezines, and a general erotic entertainment experience. When you consider that this is a growth market, the future for this domain, properly exploited, could be very bright indeed.
Estibot.com values the domain at $18,000 and there's a whole lot of search traffic behind the term "porna." I'm not looking for anything near 18gs, but would like to see some reasonable offers.
