I don't know about all that crazy shit, dude. Maybe they need to add an IQ test. I got a .22 long rifle my uncle gave me when I was 14 to go coonhunting on his farm and a sportman's permit - that's all I need.
What about private sales regarding weapons like that? Can you meet some dude in a parking lot and hand him a wad of cash for one like you can with any other firearm in Nevada, Florida, Alaska, Arizona, Vermont, etc.?
