Syria isn't going to do anything. They are in the middle of a civil war. Even if they weren't fighting among themselves they still wouldn't do anything.
Most of the countries over there are all talk no action when it comes to Israel. Every time they have attacked they have gotten their shit pushed in, it's why they turn blind eye to terrorism.
They let the radicals do the attacks so they can deny it and every once in a while Israel gets tired of it and shoot back and it's always the same the same no matter which country they yelp like a lap dog and then go hide in the corner.
