I've thought of several things that are very practical but fuck you if you think I'm going to post them here.

However... I read somewhere that there are micro machines that doctors can inject directly into your blood stream and they eat away at fat deposits to prevent blood clots, and heart attacks. Then the machines die, and get passed thru your system.

In that same article they said that machines, and technology will get smaller, and smaller, and eventually we would be able to break materials down on a molecular level, and rebuild things.

When/if that ever happens a machine would rebuild things from scratch, by rearranging the particles that make it up. So toss in an orange, and get back an apple.
