The President violates the constitution... and instead of saying "Hmm, that's all bad, our elected officials are sworn to obey and respect the constitution," you focus your energy on looking elsewhere to place the blame or try to rationalize why it's okay.

Based on your logic... it's perfectly fine to violate the constitution as long as it's a Republican who is the one calling it unconstitutional.
