I lived in Fort Worth when this first went down.
Reports in the paper there at the time stated she would go back to the garage on occassion to check on the guy and he would be moaning and such.
The article I read today in the paper the defense attornies argued that he was unconcious after the accident and never regained conciousness.
Regardless, she never even gave the guy a chance.
