No it isn't. WordPress is not just a blogging since version 2.00 or so. It is a very powerful
universal CMS and Google knows that.
And course the structure of WordPress-powered tube is very different to a WordPress-powered blog, pinboard, message board, Q&A site, online store, corporative site, electronic magazine, online gaming site, movie/book catalog, word dictionary or anything else that can be build with WordPress.
Also don't forget that Google extracts videos from WordPress-powered tubes without problems and lists them here:
http://www.google.com/videohp?hl=en which is a very good traffic source too after the classic text search
