CCBill only could mean that the affiliate in question is too lazy to join a new program because then they would have to open a second screen
(if you are promoting ccbill-programs you have to login and open ccbill stats-screen to check if there are any sales.
If they would also push for example an epoch-program then they would also have to login at epoch to open their stats and
uhhh... yeah... how should i say this.... some affiliates are not ashamed to clearly tell you that they are too lazy to open a second screen).
