Hell traffic generation use to be easy.. so long as you worked at it and kept doing shit, you'd keep getting traffic and it was worth something. Now it seems like I can't see any conceivable way to generate traffic, and the last few times I have it's been essentially worthless.

I'd love to find more traffic for shit like Naked News and Desktop Strippers and shit like that because I know they still convert well. But where in the hell do you start these days?

Back in my day you made a bunch of pages and they got indexed and then you submitted galleries and they got listed. Both of those lead to sales. I was pretty creative- I even advertised my sorts on my IRC "fserve" thing.. I got non incentivized e-mail list signups and my IRC FILE SERVER was making $100+/day alone.

Times sure have changed. I know that no one will tell anyone how to do anything in this business any more. . but I can't even see any general concepts of what works anymore besides ripping sites and making tubes full of stolen content (which ain't for me)
