If they also delete the content after terminating the account then from what I understand they will be doing than the so-called adult industry leader Manwin does on their tubes. It's my understanding that Manwin leaves all the infringing content up after terminating an account for repeat infringement unless each and every file is DMCA'd.
But this is nothing new. People have been bringing this up for three years now. Pass the drinks, bro. "Best free site" "Good peepz" "others are just jealous" etc
