Pepperspray is a millitary grade weapon and you go many years to jail if you have it. Most knifes are illegal just like all guns for the commons, fertilizer is illegal to own without a license as well. If you defend yourself you go to jail as well in Holland that is with Dutch laws which it seems obama and the other politicians want your laws to go to as well.
If a burglar comes in your house or rapes your wife you may hold the thief but you are not allowed to hit him, you are supposed to hold him and ask him if he waits for the cops in holland by the law.
I know how governments work so i know what they will do next, you however believe whatever they you too so your a lost cause anyway.
