Anthony Bourdain did a segment with Uncle Ted for an episode of No Reservations. I have to say that while i didn't agree with everything he said, Ted did come off as a guy who is fully sane and walks it like he talks it. Tony pretty much said the same thing.
Like Michael just said "He has fun playing it up for the media in his delivery and demeanor, but he does say what he means." I agree with that
