Those kids also often get groomed until a type of Stockholm Syndrome sets in, so they have a false set of beliefs of what they want and need. It's exploitation of the mind in order to get what you want. One could go to certain parts of the world where you could offer someone 1,000USD to chop off one of their fingers, and they would do it and thank you for the opportunity. Is that okay or morally acceptable? Of course not. Just because the 'victim' doesn't always know they are being victimised, does it make it less wrong?
