I am still waiting for you to name a sponsor program who has SAME program structure as yours. I Do Know and Admit that the info about the program/payment details are there indeed. I am now getting in touch with Too Much Media and asking them for a statement of some kind.
My opinion is the same since the day I noticed this: either you Want to Mislead your affiliates or you can't set up your NATS properly.
