Where do you find a Serbian? Serious question. I have a great guy in the U.S. who I'm keeping for my site network management. But I need an inexpensive grunt worker, emphasis on inexpensive. I had a Malaysian guy, spoke and wrote good English, was cheap, reliable, but then he poof disappeared.
