Usually this is the absolute truth. Our guy is actually pretty awesome and has been with us for three years but I just caught something he botched on Friday and it's a pretty big oops. Just made me wonder what the laws are there for beating them with a hammer because that was the first thought that popped into my mind when I found his blunder.
