Could go with Hustler Club. Free drinks through 7pm. Then $1 beers and $2 well drinks up until 9pm. At least thats what it was during the NFL/CF season. Not sure about now with the convention season.
Lagasse's Stadium in the Palazzo. All grand stand seating with comfortable couches and 100+ screens plus Emeril's food.
PBR at Miracle Mile Shops/Planet Hollywood has a ton of TV's and drink specials normally.
Place a bet on the game and drink for free in most of the casino sports books.
Not sure on the local smaller sports bars down near the strip as I'm located out in Green Valley (10 min away).
