I think coQ10 is something you take when you are on statins. If you want to lower your chlorestrol with out a statin you probably want to try
1) losing weight
2) hour of cardio day
3) omega 3
4) fiber pills
5) stop eatting red meat and chicken
but like they said gfy is not the best place to get medical advice. I am not a doctor. I know myself I started fiber pills, 5 hours cardio week and no chicken and red meat lowered mine to 200. Technically I could probably get a statin still.
