That being the case, the answer is 'yes.'
However, it's not like you aren't getting something in turn. Assistance programs help at risk families stay afloat. By providing them with small measures of support, they are able to pay their bills, maintain a residence, and make necessary purchases. Ergo, less crime and indigent people, as well as a higher tax base, which means higher property values and an improved economy.

I'm not saying anything at all other than asking a simple 'yes or no' question... and actually I don't mind paying taxes I just wish the nutjobs were a bit more responsible with the money
