If you are offering discounts on things like cigars, why make people pay a membership for that? You may think of it as a "virtual" strip club but at the end of the day, it is a website, not a physical property that people must enter to see what you have. Think of your home page more as a "lobby" - in a sense, people landing there have already "walked through the front door" into your club.

More pictures will help, but how else are you really defining the differences? Your list of features really seems just like many other site's offerings.
