I'm a pretty big buyer on fiverr now, and I would say some people are starting to make some money selling, I've bought add-ons as high as $40, and the good providers get the gigs done quickly so they must be making a little bit of real money at least. I would think you need to get lots of customers, fast turn around, and expensive add-ons that people... but there's better ways to make money
