Amerinoc (aka Phatservers) have been nothing but awesome to me and my customers. I'm a programmer and ex-server admin so I know how/why said server networks should be orchestrated. I have yet to see much downtime within the many years I've hosted with them (I have several VPS and dedicated boxes with them). The worst I've seen so far was three years ago one of my vps' went down for two hours...it was up and churning sales shortly thereafter. (This was before they even became Amerinoc.) Since their business was shifted I haven't seen anything different. Same quality service. Amerinoc is top-notch, I'm sure no one (who actually is their customer) will doubt me.
