Exactly. Some days I am out of ideas for what to make, and I can thumb through the fridge and pantry and usually piece together a half decent meal using the Jamie Oliver book as a reference. I don't whip out David Chang's Ma Peche cookbook on a wednesday when I want a quick and easy meal. That would be counterproductive.
Sure, he's got a little weasel face and a lisp, but cant argue with simple that tastes good. He's certainly less irritating the Guy Fieri.
