OP when you wake up in the morning and the sun is shining - do you actually believe it to be real, or are "they" trying to manipulate you ?
You really need to go back to basics. "I think therefore I am". Then work from there.
Reality is not too hard to grasp as long as you take it slowly, bit by bit.
Just start with the easy things - tangible items you can see, touch, smell, and taste. Then when you are confident work up to the bigger abstract items.
Who am I, why am I here, what is really true, etc.
