Maybe those other options are great if you are in the US. But not when you are in Latin America. I dont see as flexible to have to wait now 15 Days to withdraw my money, that was actually transfered there by one of Paxum´s Sponsors.
Also I do not understand why do you have such Restrictions if you are using same bank as Payoneer.
