Surfers fucking hated it! Some of them were so bad you had to reboot your computer because there was no way to stop them...you couldn't even shut your damn browser down. lol

So programs started to cut back the rev. ratios to compensate the lost of money when they stopped with the pop-ups? So their income stayed maybe the same while affiliates made less? and that was accepted?
