My concern about the AVN & XBiz shows were that since he owns a lot of the big companies that usually have booths and girls signing at the AEE show...that maybe this would make the show seem a little smaller if those companies (now Manwin owned) are unable to afford to be there in force?

Theo can comment better than this than I can, but as far as I know no one has pulled out of the show. The vast majority of girls at the show are with their with agencies.
As far as the smaller Manwin owned companies go there really aren't any.
Fabian/Manwin has made some high profile acquisitions of production companies including Digital Playground, Reality Kings and Twisty's and continues to shoot for his own companies MOFOs, Brazzers and Babes.
Again the smaller companies make up way more of the production pie than they do.
Like I stated in the beginning the no matter what happens to Fabian/Manwin this is going to be bad in the short term for the adult industry.
No one knows for certain for what will happen to Fabian/Manwin long term, but one thing is for certain production in adult industry will continue and survive.
