And money is always used. Look at the 9-11 and how many people got over a million bucks. I know two people who both got over 1.5Mil and they were happier for the moment. They put a price on everything it seems.
Get in a car crash on 9-11 and die and get 40K but if you were in the building you get 1.5Mil.
