Looks a lot like something I would have made for my own use when I ran TGP's so.. Looks Good.
I always liked clean & simple layouts. Although personally I always like to put my toplist/ads on the right side. The reason being is if you close your eyes & then open them your eyes will almost always be attracted toward the right of a site.
