The 'problem' is that gallery builders and we have a different approach when looking at a gallery. I want what's best for my visitors, the gallery builders want what's best for their sponsors. If I'd allow exists on galleries EVERYBODY would use 'em, but my visitors would run away. If I didn't allow any banners anymore my visitors would be happy, but all submitters would run away. The 'truth' (which is out there) lies somewhere in the middle.

We're picky. Simply 'cause we can be. Everybody is as picky as they can afford to be. We get about 600 galleries daily that make it though the bot (the bot kicks 300-500 galleries daily automatically). Only 90 galleries make it, so we can pick what we think is best for our visitors... it's a good example of a 'free market'. People that say 'tgp's kill the market' are not understanding the mechanisms of a free market. If I start selling bread for 25 USD a loaf I could complain about those 'cheap bread-sellers' and from my point of view I would be right, 'cause I don't sell if my competition is selling cheaper...

Some people try to change the market they're operating on. They will not make that happen though. The Internet is a free market. Change the way you approach an existing market. 'cause that means changing your own ways. And that's a lot easier than changing everybody else's...

But anyway, we're getting away from the subject. I saw here I 'didn't have the decency to reply'... First of all, I'm a decent guy. I reply to everybody, or at least I try to. To put yourself on such high a horse to call everybody that doesn't reply to you 'indecent' is not ok in my book. There could be tonnes of reasons I don't reply. Maybe I didn't get the e-mail, maybe my spamkiller got over-active, maybe I was at a funeral... if someone simply deletes questions that deserve being answered you can call him indecent, but you will never see me doing that...
