I have to update and say he lost and only has visitation rights UNDER SUPERVISION. She used us as an example to build a case that our family is crazy. And he also works on the days supervision is available which means he doesn't get a chance to see the child at all. That was fast... you just started the thread yesterday. My ex filed a PFA against me and caused all kinds of problems which were thrown out of court... eventually. So your family member is the wife and she got sole custody of the kid in 1 day? Sounds like a PFA was filed.
Oh well... it will all work out.
