I don't care what the guy was guilty of beforehand -- and maybe the planet is better off without him -- but this was not a righteous kill.
I know cops have a tough job, but if a guy is a few feet away from you with a knife, and is not coming toward you, then shouldn't have to empty an entire clip into him. This is another cop scared of his own shadow.
