This thread has potential.
I would suggest you buy some Headphones and start enjoying some music while you work.
I have a feeling you will lose if you try to elevate this to any authority.
I work at home during the day and a kid that is already screwed over in life is outside making too much noise, is i'm sure right on the top priority for any law officer.
Also i believe there are no noise by laws for during the day in a residential area.
Could you imagine the look on the cops face that got sent out there? When he looked over and saw that you put in a complaint about a kid who is fucked over for life already?
It sucks, as i have had kids screaming outside my window also in the summer months. So i understand, but this kid has you beat hands down.
Hell, i bet you wouldn't post this on your facebook...lol
