True story, on December 1st of this year, the new neighbour that just moved in the apartment below us knocked on the door to introduce himself (At that point I am like WTF, never had a new neighbour introduce himself as far as I can remember) he tells me that he is a professional tuba player and that although he will insulate a bedroom, we may still hear him a little, I replied "Well, we have a 27 months toddler that loves to run and drop toys around."

Nevertheless, we don't let our daughter run around and wreak havoc, it's all about educating your kids, and the problem is that a lot of parents lack education and manners so their kids are just as bad or worst than they are.
