A new neighbor moved in behind my house. For years the house was empty. A wonderful vacation brought on by foreclosure. One of their kids is about 12 years old and is special needs. Not sure what his problem is, but he is basically your typical retarded kid. Only he also has one of those conditions where he doesn't like people touching him or even interacting with him.

His dad seems to be great with the kid and his brother too. His mom seems to be as much of a pain in his ass as he is in mine. They spend all day yelling at each other. When he goes outside he throws all of his brothers stuff over the wall into my yard. His mom will come out to yell at him and then they start yelling bloody murder at 2pm for the entire block to hear. WTF?

I tried mentioning that the kids life is miserable when the dad is gone to the dad. He just shrugged and said he doesn't know what else to do...

So now I am trying to work and this kid is outback screaming. The kind where you hear it and you instantly bound over the fence no matter how out of shape you are and offer assistance because someone is dying... Only he isn't dying... He is just special needs...

Too bad he isn't a dog. Because then I could call the pound and they would send someone out to write them tickets and eventually remove the dog if they didn't get it to shut the fuck up.
