Haha... My brother in law once combated a neighbor with a barking dog by going out on his back balcony and barking back at the neighbors house when they got home from work. For two days they thought he was insane. Then they asked a neighbor on their street about the idiot barking on his balcony and the neighbor informed them it is, "probably because he is tired of your fucking dog barking all damn day while you are at work. We all are!"
After that the dog was kept inside...
Well... We are known for throwing some pretty large parties. It has always worked out because the neighbors on either side of my house have their living quarters on their opposite sides of their houses from me. So they don't hear anything with the TV on. Neighbors on adjacent corners didn't hear anything because they have massive trees, bushes, flowering plants that tower over our walls. That back house was always empty so nobody to complain.
We will see how they do on my next party.
