At a certain point in time can't they just arrest him for failing to pay his child support?
A friend of mine got knocked up ten years ago by some stud... Turns out he's got four other kids plus an ex wife. He works at a car dealership selling cars. Fucker will never be able to pay a fraction of the child support he owes. Fucking stupid.
