They see affiliates as idiots and the only reason they keep the program up for affiliates is because it's easy money to take so why shouldn't they? Now if you are a medium sized sponsor and want API so you can send them the member emails you stole from your affiliates without paying them by using a pre join form then hit them up Bro. The same if you are Freeones or niktamer.

PS- Check out some blackhat forums and see what they say about some sponsors. Particularly certain dating sponsors. They know things because of their methods.
