They have turned into a Brocompany over the last year. What that means is they either aren't interested in normal affiliates or they see affiliates as suckers. They will take your traffic but give you little or nothing for it as long as you are stupid enough to keep sending it and they will laugh at you for it. That is what it usually means when companies start with the popunders to other programs. They see affiliates as idiots and the only reason they keep the program up for affiliates is because it's easy money to take so why shouldn't they? Now if you are a medium sized sponsor and want API so you can send them the member emails you stole from your affiliates without paying them by using a pre join form then hit them up Bro. The same if you are Freeones or niktamer.
PS- Check out some blackhat forums and see what they say about some sponsors. Particularly certain dating sponsors. They know things because of their methods.
