To be fair, I do not think a lot of people were aware of any tube involvement, as most, including myself, are focused on the paysite product.

Not everyone likes or appreciates tubes, but regardless of what anyone chooses to believe, the DMCA laws validate most of these types of sites as legal. Right or wrong, the issue is with the law as it is written. That's what needs to be challenged. In the meantime, the proliferation of content and tubes is a widespread epidemic now, from youtube to vimeo to the adult tubes. In the end, there is little difference between any of them, except they are validated by a law that was poorly conceived.

I'm not sure I would claim "bro club" as I can assure you, not everyone wants any part of being a "bro".
