Get off your ass and go down to their office.
Apparently they own a company right in Los Angeles. (Digital playgroud ?) Without a doubt whoever is there will claim they know nothing, etc.
You just make it very clear that you are not leaving until this situation is cleared up. Demande that not only they take the videos offline but to be compensated for them. When employees can not get their job done and you are making them look bad for anyone coming into the office.... Trust me the problem will be solved.
The biggest problem with webkiddies is they never get off their asses and out from behind the computer screen in order to actually take care of business.
