When you're looking for developers, you're looking for good communication skills, quality (not sloppy) code, and someone who can give you accurate bids and delivery time windows, and then meet them. Additionally, those who realize and appreciate that the relationship is a two-way street between client and developer for long term business.

I have a couple great developers on my team but also send clients to Konrad all the time because I know he will take care of them. He's very reliable and knows his stuff, we work very well together. I have also worked with woj and Vlad. Both great programmers. Communication is key to any successful relationship.
