it timed out for me too, however I've received the paypal invoice in the meantime so I was confident it went through..
btw I accidentally visited their cybermonday deal page and I saw that this particular promo will start in 10 minutes so I waited... otherwise I wouldn't bother with it at all for just one domain :D
