Mansef guys started filesonic after selling to Mankin. The site is no longer a file locker ... they freaked out after the Kim dot com arrest.
Manwin does not own file lockers. I am sure of that. They also do not upload stolen to their sites. Mansef did, not Manwin.
They do share videos between sites thought. This is not legal but they do it.
