I have their $2.49/mo starter shared plan and it ends up being $1/mo or even cheaper if you pay for a year at a time. They have bigger plans too and the 60% off for life works on those and reseller hosting also. They also allow adult content but I have a few mainstream blogs there, and it's been solid hosting so far.

I actually just ordered a year of HostNine's Enterprise hosting through your link and am waiting for it to pass their manual review, but I might end up ordering one more virtual account through HostMantis. After that I will officially have shared hosting coming out of my ass...
