I've posted a few Godaddy coupons on the fb/twitter page, and those will work for one transfer or one new registration. There's a $1.99 coupon and a few $2.95 coupons, and some $5 coupons. Try coupon codes cjc199x1, SMCOM295, LKS295X, gofgd008, GTNG2IN03, SCOTT495,
or this link. The way they structure the coupons is you can use one 1.99 coupon, one 2.95 coupon, and one $5 coupon... you can't use all the coupons unfortunately, you'll have to wait for the next batch of coupons in a few weeks to use another one.
Edit: BTW for Namesilo, try BLACKFRIDAY2012TRANS for $3 off a transfer, then try BUCKOFF for a buck off another transfer
